Michael brings over a decade of residential and commercial experience, both in new construction and renovation projects. Over the last ten years of his career, he has excelled in multiple leadership roles as well as participated in numerous leadership courses. Michael had shown profound influence by displaying care for people and continually improving practices. Throughout his career, his passion has always been for leading people and managing processes to keep the business on track for success. As Director of Field Operations at CCB, Michael is excited for the growth of the company, culture, and community that we all work and live in.
