MARK PERRY

CFO

Mark Perry joined Charles C. Brandt Construction in 2014. He served as the company’s Controller from 2014 until January 2022, when he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Mark came to CCB with extensive accounting experience in construction, real estate development, and commercial property management. He has coordinated financial requirements and lender compliance for ownership groups ranging from large institutional investors to small, limited partnerships involving retail and multi-family developments throughout the U.S.

During his tenure with CCB, he has made an impact by creating value through reducing costs as well as improving effectiveness and efficiencies within the company. Mark helps to grow the CCB team by providing direction through his kind demeanor and witty sense of humor. When he’s not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and participating in community service projects.
