Lindsay began her career as a summer intern at CCB in 1998. After graduating from Purdue, she returned as a field engineer, was later promoted to Project Manager, and has since worked on a variety of jobs in multiple markets.
As Lindsay took on more responsibility, she was named a principal and elevated to Director of Project Management in 2018, and on July 29, 2020, was promoted to President of Charles C. Brandt Construction. In 2021, Lindsay became majority owner of CCB and in 2023 obtained her WBE state certification.
Locally, she’s an active member of YPO, IndyCREW and the Indiana Subcontractors Association (ISA). Nationally, she also participates in a YPO Peer Group to share and gather best practices with other general contractors.
