Steve Lankton has been a key player in Charles C. Brandt Construction’s success since joining CCB in 1984. In late 2021, he transitioned to the role of CCB’s Mentor & Coach after serving as CEO and, prior to that, as our President.

Steve’s passion is helping clients with their challenges. Whether they are real estate owners, tenants, property managers, or architects, he enjoys collaborating with them to come up with innovative solutions to their problems.

Steve spends many hours coaching and mentoring CCB’s internal team, empowering them to develop professionally in order to uphold CCB’s culture of customer service. With his vast knowledge and extensive experience in the industry, Steve will make sure you receive the information needed to make the most educated decision for your project’s goal and vision.
